2. Hosting and delivery of the website
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the pages, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the address requested, and browser and device information in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.
3. Cookies, analytics, fonts
The website itself does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google. For security reasons, Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies (e.g. to block automated access). The language you choose is stored only in your browser's memory (localStorage) and is not sent to us.
4. Contact and orders
If you contact us by e-mail, Facebook Messenger or TikTok or place an order, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, message, delivery address, telephone number, payment details) to answer your enquiry and complete the purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with statutory retention obligations under German law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; usually 6 or 10 years). For shipping, we pass your name, address and, where applicable, telephone number to the delivery company.
5. Links to social networks
The website only contains links to Facebook Messenger (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and TikTok (TikTok Technology Ltd., Ireland), with no embedded content. Data is only transferred when you click a link; the privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). No automated decision-making takes place.
