Shopping without misunderstandings
Lovelies, please have a quick look at these few rules before you buy. They'll make everything go smoothly and pleasantly.
01How do I order?
You can shop during the LIVE broadcasts on TikTok or choose products from the catalogue on the website.
- Note the individual number of the product you've chosen.
- Message me on TikTok or Messenger and give me that number.
- We'll confirm the details. I'm happy to give you exact measurements, materials and extra information.
Remember: special, lower prices apply on LIVE.
02Order summary and payment
You'll receive your individual summary within 24–48 hours. It lists the product names, prices, shipping cost, the total amount to pay and the summary number. Please check it carefully.
You have 24 hours from receiving the summary to pay. Two unpaid summaries may result in further purchases being blocked or unpaid orders being cancelled.

Please enter the individual summary number as the payment reference, e.g. 13.10.26/02/KJ. That way I can quickly match the payment to your order.
03Shipping costs and delivery details
Shipping within Germany:
- Parcel up to 5 kg — €7.69.
- Parcel over 5 kg — €10.49.
I add the shipping cost to the order and include it in the summary.
After each summary, please send your full delivery details again in a private message: first and last name, street and house number, postcode, town and phone number. Check the details so the parcel reaches the right address.
04Open parcel — one shipment, more gems
You don't have to pay for shipping after every broadcast. You can keep your parcel open for up to 14 days and add purchases from further LIVEs, as long as the permitted parcel size is respected.
- Shop and receive your summary within 24–48 hours.
- Pay it within 24 hours.
- Reply with: PACZKA OTWARTA (open parcel).
- Keep adding products. Once the parcel is closed, I'll prepare everything for one shipment.
An open parcel does not postpone payment. Each summary must be paid within 24 hours.
05Returns, exchanges and complaints
It matters to me that every customer is happy. If you have questions about a return or exchange, please contact me in a private message.
We can agree on an exchange for another model. With a voluntarily agreed settlement, we can also credit the value of the product towards future purchases.
These options do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies and your rights regarding defects.
